Common questions about outdoor toys

How do I replace or attach the safety net and poles on my trampoline?

Start by getting out the manual for your trampoline. You'll find it on the product page under Manuals. Every model attaches slightly differently, but the steps are similar.

Which net do you need?

Look up the part number of the net in your manual. With that number, your model and the size, you'll find the right net in our trampoline parts. Got an Elegant? Then also check whether your net has one fibreglass ring (top only) or two (top and bottom).

A separate safety net comes without poles and without a fibreglass ring or steel top ring. So keep those and reuse them.

How to replace the net

  1. Do it together with a second adult. Getting the ring into the net in particular is a lot easier with two people.
  2. Detach the old net at the bottom. That means the elastics around the frame or the cord at the jumping mat. Then remove the poles and the ring, in the reverse order of the manual.
  3. Click the sections of the ring together and slide the ring through the hem at the top of the new net.
  4. Assemble each pole until the sections click into place and press the cap onto the top of the pole.
  5. Click the ring with the net into the caps and place the poles in the holders on the frame. Which of the two comes first depends on the model. Follow your manual for this.
  6. Secure the net at the bottom. On most models, you loop the ball elastics around the bottom edge of the net and the frame. Got a Silhouette, Black Edition, Tiggy junior, PeakPro or Dynamic? Then you thread a cord through the foot protection system and the hooks of the jumping mat. Watch the instruction video.
  7. Check everything one last time. Are the poles securely in place and is the net attached all the way round? Always close the net entrance before anyone jumps.

Are the pole holders bolted to the frame?
If you loosen them, use new self-locking nuts and bolts. They can only be used once.

Only a pole or elastic broken?
You can also order separate poles and elastics from our spare parts. If you're replacing one pole, follow the same steps for that pole only.

Still under warranty?
Then report the part through the EXIT Service Portal first. Stuck, or not sure which part you need? Contact our customer service.

Tip: Before each use, check the net, the poles and the fixings for tears, loose seams and damage. Storing the net away over winter? Then cover the openings in the frame with the supplied end caps.
