Can I attach a Galaxy backboard to a wall also without a wall mount?
Yes. The Galaxy backboard comes with a wall-mounting kit. This enables you to attach the board directly on the wall, also without the moveable frame.
Also handy: the EXIT Galaxy basketball board with a dunk ring is suitable for all Galaxy systems.
The knob for adjusting the Galaxy basketball system does not work. What can I do?

What is the thickness of the backboard of the Galaxy basketball systems?
The Galaxy backboard is made from 2mm thick polycarbonate. Behind it is a steel frame of 22 by 22 mm. The total thickness of the backboard is therefore 24 mm.
Which products does the EXIT mini basketball hoop fit?
The EXIT mini basketball hoop comes with mounting materials for the following product lines:

- EXIT Ivy outdoor playset

What is included with the EXIT mini basketball hoop?
The basketball hoop comes with mounting brackets for the Ivy and GetSet outdoor playsets. It also includes a small inflatable basketball measuring 6.3 in, including a pump, and a foam ball measuring 5.91 in. Both fit perfectly in the hoop.
Can I use my own basketballs with the EXIT mini basketball hoop?
The EXIT mini basketball hoop comes with a small inflatable basketball measuring 6.3 in and a foam ball measuring 5.91 in. Only your own balls measuring 6.3 in or smaller will fit through the basketball hoop.
Can my child dunk on the EXIT mini basketball hoop?
The EXIT mini basketball hoop has a spring-loaded basketball hoop. This makes dunking possible. However, we advise against hanging from the hoop.
Can I mount the EXIT mini basketball hoop anywhere on an outdoor playset?
The included mounting brackets fit on the end/short side of the Ivy/GetSet outdoor playsets. However, there are also options for attaching it to tubes of other outdoor playsets with a tube diameter of more than 1.5 in.
Is the EXIT mini basketball hoop also suitable for indoor use?
The EXIT mini basketball hoop has been developed exclusively for outdoor use.
