Promotion Terms and Conditions — EXIT Toys FIFA World Cup 2026 Football Goal Giveaway
These terms and conditions govern the EXIT Toys FIFA World Cup 2026 Football Goal Giveaway, promoted by Dutch Toys Group B.V., trading as EXIT Toys, registered address Edisonstraat 83, 7006 RB Doetinchem, Netherlands, registered in the Dutch Trade Register (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 52578712, contact: marketing@dutchtoysgroup.com. These terms apply exclusively to participants making a purchase via the UK webshop of EXIT Toys (exittoys.co.uk).
1. Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 4 July 2026 to 19 July 2026 at 23:59 BST. The FIFA World Cup 2026 Final takes place on 19 July 2026. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the Final.
2. How to Enter
The promotion is open to residents of countries in which EXIT Toys operates an active webshop and whose national football team participates in the FIFA World Cup 2026.
To enter, participants must purchase an EXIT Toys football goal from the official UK webshop between 4 July 2026 and 19 July 2026, and post a photo of the purchased product on a public Instagram account, tagging both @exittoys and #exitmoments. The Instagram post must be made during the promotional period and remain publicly visible at the time of the draw.
Only a football goal qualifies as an eligible purchase. Accessories and spare parts are excluded, even if included in the same order.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
No purchase necessary to enter: participants who do not wish to purchase a product may enter by sending a postcard stating their name, address and Instagram username to: Dutch Toys Group B.V., Edisonstraat 83, 7006 RB Doetinchem, Netherlands. Postal entries must be received by 19 July 2026. One postal entry per person. Postal entries will be placed in the same draw as purchase entries from the UK.
3. Winning Condition
An entry is only eligible for the draw if the entrant's national football team reaches the Final of the FIFA World Cup 2026. The Final refers exclusively to the match for the world title. The third-place play-off is not included.
Entrants from countries that do not reach the Final are excluded from the draw, regardless of whether all other entry conditions have been met.
4. Prize
1 winner will be drawn per finalist country from all valid entries from that country. There will be a maximum of 2 winners in total.
The prize consists of an EXIT Toys gift voucher to the value of the winner's total order amount, excluding any delivery charges, including any other products ordered at the same time as the qualifying football goal. Accessories and spare parts are neither recognised as a qualifying product nor included in the calculation of the voucher value, even if they formed part of the order.
The gift voucher has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit outside the EXIT Toys webshop. Products purchased using the gift voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or another voucher.
The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Draw and Winner Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries for each finalist country. The draw will be conducted without the involvement of a notary.
Following the draw, winners will be announced publicly. Winners will be invited to contact EXIT Toys within 14 days of the announcement, by replying to the relevant Instagram post or sending a direct message on Instagram. EXIT Toys will not send unsolicited direct messages for commercial purposes.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the announcement, the prize will be forfeited and EXIT Toys reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
Unclaimed prizes will be retained for the statutory limitation period of six years from the date of the draw, after which the entitlement lapses.
6. Use of Submitted Content (UGC)
By entering this promotion — that is, by posting an Instagram post with the tags @exittoys and #exitmoments — the entrant grants EXIT Toys a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the duration of the company's operations to use the submitted photo for the following purposes:
- Publication on EXIT Toys' website(s), including product pages and inspiration pages.
- Use on EXIT Toys' social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and similar platforms).
- Use in EXIT Toys' email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Use in EXIT Toys' online advertising.
Where possible, EXIT Toys will credit the entrant's Instagram account when using the content, unless the entrant explicitly requests otherwise.
The entrant warrants that they are the sole owner of all rights in the submitted photo and that the photo does not infringe the rights of any third party. Where the photo features other individuals, the entrant warrants that they have obtained those individuals' consent — or, in the case of minors, the consent of their parent or guardian — for the use described in this clause. The entrant shall indemnify EXIT Toys against any third-party claims arising from a breach of this warranty.
The entrant may withdraw the licence granted at any time for the future by emailing marketing@dutchtoysgroup.com. Following withdrawal, EXIT Toys will cease using the content as soon as reasonably practicable. EXIT Toys is not required to remove content that has already been published.
7. Data Protection
EXIT Toys processes personal data collected in connection with this promotion (including the Instagram account and submitted photo) under the UK GDPR, on the following legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (performance of the promotion as a contractual measure) and Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR (legitimate interest in publishing UGC content), solely for the following purposes:
- Recording entries and conducting the draw.
- Notifying and contacting the winner(s).
- Using submitted photo content under the licence described in clause 6.
Data relating to non-winning entrants will be deleted no later than 6 months after the close of the promotion, unless a legal retention obligation applies. Data relating to winners may be retained for longer for administrative purposes, to the extent necessary.
Entrants have the right of access (Art. 15 UK GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and objection to processing (Art. 21). Requests may be directed to marketing@dutchtoysgroup.com.

8. Exclusions
Employees of Dutch Toys Group B.V. are excluded from entering.
EXIT Toys reserves the right to disqualify entrants in cases of fraud, abuse, incomplete or inaccurate information, multiple entries or breach of these terms.
Entries that violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights or breach Instagram's community guidelines will be disqualified and may be removed.
9. Liability
EXIT Toys accepts no liability for technical failures, interruptions or errors relating to the promotion, the webshop or the Instagram platform, except in cases of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by EXIT Toys' negligence.
EXIT Toys accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except as set out above.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes EXIT Toys' liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Changes or Cancellation
EXIT Toys reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control require it, including but not limited to force majeure, technical failure or abuse. Any changes will be communicated appropriately.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales to the extent consistent with mandatory UK consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers in the United Kingdom.
13. General
By entering the EXIT Toys FIFA World Cup 2026 Football Goal Giveaway via the UK webshop, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
